ABOUT THE PRESIDENT
Robert Winder is a Post-Production Facility and Operations Management Executive with over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. From mid-1999 to the end of 2005 he served as Vice President, Post Production Services for Warner Bros. Studio Facilities, responsible for the daily operations of the studio’s Oscar and Emmy award winning Sound and Projection departments in two locations.
Mr. Winder joined Warner Bros. in 1985 as a Technical Engineer at the legendary Goldwyn Sound Facility at Warner Hollywood Studios. He was promoted to Director of Audio Engineering in 1994 and shortly thereafter was advanced to Vice President of Sound. The management of the Hollywood and Burbank lots was consolidated in 1999, and at that time he was elevated to his most recent position.
Recognizing the need for reasonably priced high-quality answers to difficult postproduction situations, he founded Affordable Post Solutions LLC, a consulting and services firm. His initial offering, ADR Anywhere, launched in early 2007.
Mr. Winder is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) Sound Branch Executive Committee, is a charter member of the Hollywood Post Alliance (HPA) and served on the County of Santa Barbara Broadband Task Force.
